The Night Before

For those who have taken notice I've posted the "official" before picture, as I have a busy day lined up, so I will not be taking a picture. I've updated all my stats, as I've taken measurements (I had help so I wouldn't cheat) with tape.

I will be using these site to help me during my challenge.

So we are on the eve of the 6MC and as promised time to post:

Calories Needed to Maintain at 6'1/268lbs being moderately active -
3926 *DAMN*
To Lose 2lbs a week. 2926

Breakfast
Jimmy Deans Lite Turkey Sausage Breakfast Sandwich x2
Multivitamin
Coffee Black
Cup of Orange Juice w/ pulp

Breakfast 2:Yogurt/Apple/Bananna


Lunch 1: Tuna - (Two Cans/1tblsp mayo/1tblsp relish)

Lunch 2:Shake (2 scoops Protein Powder/Berries/creatine/flax seed/ice/milk) Split before and after workout

Dinner 1: Chicken Breasts cut and wrapped with Spinach leafs/

Dinner 2: Almonds


Loads Of Water


This puts me in my target calories range, I'm a little shy on carbs, and a bit heavy on protein, but the fats fall into the target range. Also I'm not very good about modifying what I eat other then how I prepare it this will be the basic breakdown for awhile, it will be tweaked as the weight comes off and as I find items to tweak in it, it's an outline. I need to work on veggies but the ones I like are the ones that have no value what so ever. Breakfast will alternate, as I do enjoy cooking.

Day 1 Schedule: Monday *Bastard Day*
8AM: 30 Minutes Cardio -Cycle
3PM: Lifting regieme -
Following Lifting Regieme -
30 Minutes Swimming moderate pace (this is relaxing for me/cool down/ followed by Hot Tub
